Condition of object unit

Condition of an object is considered by applying a condition coefficient when determining the appraised value.

During appraisal some features of the property is taken into account when determining the value. These are called value factors. One of the value factors is condition.

For each object unit one of the five condition standards below is registered. The condition standard is selected based on the physical quality, age, maintenance and renovation of the object unit.

Each conditions’ standard has a coefficient. This coefficient is used when determining the appraised value. The coefficients are determined by Property Tax Department in the appraise process therefore they may change. The condition coefficient can be different for each value category.

The standards and coefficients for objects are as follows:
